Duties to be undertaken:

The role The Front Office Secretary is a member of the Customer Care team and will be responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times, welcoming and attending to clients in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face‐to‐face and on the phone.

Skills required:

You should: • Have previous experience in secretarial role (experience in financial services & / or having a secretarial diploma or similar are considered an asset.) • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment. • Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented manner • Be a team player. • Experience in financial services will be considered an asset. The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package commensurate with the applicant’s experience.
