Duties to be undertaken:

Forming part of the HR Department and working closely with team members you will be supporting Managers across different departments on HR matters. Main Responsibilities: • Jobs evaluation, recruitment and selection • Guidance to maximize the company’s image as an Employer of Choice • Manage the current performance management programme and make suggestion for improvement • Organising and conducting new recruits orientation and training • Managing internship opportunities as well as external funding opportunities and other projects as may be required

Skills required:

The ideal candidates would: • Hold a tertiary qualification in a related field • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role • Be outgoing and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills • Be organised, meticulous and creative • Be able to work on own initiative • Possess a pro-active approach to work, a drive and passion in relation to HR tasks and an interest in establishing quality work practices. • Knowledge of employment law is essential for this role.
