Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for an established insurance broker

Duties to be undertaken:

Selected candidates will be expected to handle all incoming calls as well as incoming and outgoing mail, whilst also greeting clients in a professional manner. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will also be required to handle day to day administrative duties together with any data input required.

Skills required:

The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role calls for a smart and hardworking individual with excellent written and Verbal communication skills in both the English and Maltese languages. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and possess an O Level standard of education.

Qualifications required:

Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
