Duties to be undertaken:

The Corporate Services Officer will be responsible for the: reviewing and submission of client acceptance documentation for company formation and compliance with legal and statutory requirements; due diligence (KYC) procedures; liaising with regulatory authorities in Malta and overseas; interacting with financial institutions in respect of the administration of client bank accounts; maintaining client companies corporate records up-to-date including the co-ordination of all registration formalities with the Registry of Companies whilst providing ongoing support to a varied portfolio of clients whilst constantly adhering to time deadlines and delicate corporate matters.

Skills required:

The ideal candidates will be smart, mature, organized, disciplined, self-motivated and outgoing individuals with a commitment to confidentiality and to Customer Relationship Management. Successful candidates must be dedicated to servicing our international portfolio of clientele in a professional and efficient manner. Candidates must be analytical, possess an excellent command of written and spoken English, and be strong team players with ability to work well in a detail-oriented environment. Proficiency in the use of office software packages along with the ability to exhibit flexibility, work on multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to competing priorities are all requisites for this challenging and exciting post.

Qualifications required:

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience and preference will be given to individuals with previous experience in a corporate services/banking environment. Candidates should be familiar with Company Law in Malta. Knowledge of other jurisdictions and regulatory implications will be considered as an asset.
